Buckling Resistant Steel Tub
The foundation of the new generation PKE is build on a buckling resistant steel tube with a welded intermediate floor. The top and bottom ball bearings of the knife holder shaft are mounted with a larger distance into the tub bottom and cover plate - for a maximum guidance of the knife holder and shaft.
